Refund policy

Returns can be submitted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items eligible for returns must be received by our team within 30 days of delivery in order to receive a refund. Returns received after this timeframe will receive store credit. To initiate a return, please use our returns and exchanges portal here. All returns will be charged a handling fee which is subtracted from your total refund. Your handling fee is subject to your order value. Refunds reappear in your bank account within 5-10 business days of processing.
